Definitions
In these terms and conditions:
“Service” means Memberships, Online Courses, Protocols, Energy Services/Work, Reiki Sessions (1:1 and Group), Meditation Sessions and Written Content (including blogs, reviews and tips).
“Website” means the website www.yanaholisticwellness.com.
“We”, “Us”, “Our” means Yana Holistic Wellness Pty Ltd (ABN 75 667 479 021) and any subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, agents or assigns.

In these terms the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Use
The Website is made available for your use on your acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions.  By using this Website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
You agree that you will use this Website in accordance with all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.
You agree that you will not use, nor will you allow or authorise any third party to use, the Website for any purpose that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent or obscene way or in any other inappropriate way or in a way which conflicts with the Website or the Services.
If you contribute to our forum (if any) or make any public comments on this Website which are, in our opinion, unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent or obscene or in any other way inappropriate or which conflict with the Website or the Services offered, then we may at our discretion, refuse to publish such comments and/or remove them from the Website.

Conditions
Energy healing complements, and does not replace, conventional medicine and medical treatments.
Clients are advised to seek medical advice as normal. Do not discontinue medications without first seeking the advice of your doctor.
If at any time during the session, you feel unwell or uneasy, please advise your healer.
You’re welcome to provide insights/experiences during the session if it will assist in the session, or you can advise upon the closure of the session.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 72 hours for Reiki services will receive a refund of their appointment, less a $15 administration fee, or may reschedule for a future session with that session already paid in full.
For Reiki services, a 50% refund is offered for cancellations within 48 hours.
NO REFUNDS are given for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
NO REFUNDS are given for group sessions.

To cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, please contact us by email at support@yanaholisticwellness.com.

You understand that any information provided is for safety purposes and will be kept strictly confidential. You understand energy healing is a natural, non-invasive modality to help bolster your own ability to heal and should not replace urgent or essential medical treatment by a medical practitioner.
By ticking the related box, you hereby give consent to receive energy healing treatment (aka: Services), acknowledge and agree that you are doing so at your own risk. Your health and safety with respect to such Services are your sole responsibility. Your decision to receive Services is voluntary, and you know of, understand and assume any and all the risks associated therewith.

Yana Holistic Wellness Reiki practitioners agree to perform your healing session with pure, loving intention in order to serve your greatest and highest good, and will also advise you of what to expect before, during and after the session has been completed. 

Site Access
When you visit our Website, we give you a limited licence to access and use our information for personal use.
Except as permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), you are not permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or display any of the information on this Website without our prior written permission.
The licence to access and use the information on our Website does not include the right to use any data mining robots or other extraction tools. The licence also does not permit you to metatag or mirror our Website without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to serve you with notice if we become aware of your metatag or mirroring of our Website.

We have taken proper care and precautions to ensure that the services/information we provide on this Website is accurate.  However, we cannot guarantee, nor do we accept any legal liability arising from or connected to, the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of anything contained on this Website or on any linked site.

Fees & Pricing
Certain content offered through our Services is available to you for a fee (“Paid Content”).  We use a third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”) to link your credit card account to the Services.  The processing of payments or credits, as applicable, in connection with your use of the Service will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor and your credit card issuer in addition to these terms.  We are not responsible for any errors by the Payment Processor.  In connection with your use of the Services, we will obtain certain transaction details, which we will use solely in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of 10% GST, in which GST will be added at the check out or point of payment/sale. We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current.  Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.  If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.

Energy Work Practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances, perform medical treatment, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. We are not healthcare professionals, and therefore, all treatments received from practitioners at Yana Holistic Wellness Pty Ltd, are not to be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis or treatment. Only a licensed medical professional is deemed qualified to make any diagnosis or give treatment recommendation.
